As we reach the last months of 2026, The Massage Studio would like to announce several updates.
Firstly, we are happy to introduce a series of Packages, replacing our popular Membership program.
Due to an increase in late cancellations and no-shows, we have introduced several policy changes.
Policy Changes
Late Cancellations: For cancellations within 3-hours of the appointment time, a 30% fee will be incurred. No fees incurred for cancellations before 3 hours. Note: incl. online & phone cancellations

No-Shows: For no-shows, a 75% fee will be incurred.

Deposits: Only customers with previous No-Shows are required to make deposits on bookings.

We are giving advance notice of price increases in the new year, kept under inflation rates, while enabling us to absorb bank transaction fees, operation costs increases, and raise salaries

Studio refresh in early 2027, including new massage tables & a redesign of the reception area
