Our Policies & Procedures
We seek to provide quality service and a warm, relaxed experience. We focus on creating a healthy space and culture, so these policies and procedures primarily serve as a guide to provide clarity for you and our team.
If you have to cancel your appointment on the day of treatment, please provide at least 3 hours notice to avoid disruption to our therapists schedules and earning capacity.
As No Shows are very disruptive to our therapists, we will contact clients with previous No Shows to confirm upcoming appointments and reserve the right to request prepayment after multiple No Shows.
Safety & Respect
Any request for sexual activities will not be tolerated and the therapist reserves the right to end the treatment immediately if feeling unsafe.
We encourage gift vouchers to be remitted for the treatment indicated. However, if a different treatment is requested the excess or remainder of the voucher value will be based on the price of the treatment rather than time length (ie. a 60-minute treatment doesn’t equate to 2 x 30-minute treatments).
We understand that, while we seek to maintain a high quality of service, there will be occasions of dissatisfaction with the treatment or experience.
